I’m furnishing an update to my earlier review. In general I’ve been very pleased with Smith.ai, but currently A lot more phone calls will Smith.ai’s voicemail or not becoming picked up at all. I take advantage of CallRail on our backend and can see comprehensive phone metrics and entry recordings of all phone calls. I’ve seen various leads
